Exploring the Benefits of the BlueOval Plant

BlueOval City is a $5.6 billion advanced manufacturing campus that will include new electric vehicle and battery plants, a supplier park, a railyard connection, and a wastewater treatment facility. The battery plant will be operated by BlueOvalSK, a joint venture between Ford and SK On. When complete, Ford’s new campus will rank among the largest battery and vehicle manufacturing sites in the United States. It will occupy approximately 3,300 acres of farmland formerly known as the “Memphis Regional Megasite.”
