What Equipment Operators Do:

Depending on project needs, Equipment Operators may: 

  • Operate machines to support track construction and repairs
  • Move materials safely around active job sites
  • Support production goals while following safety standards
  • Perform basic daily checks and reporting
  • Coordinate with foremen and crew leadership

What We Look For:

Successful operators bring: 

  • Strong attention to safety and awareness
  • Experience operating heavy equipment (preferred)
  • Good communication with crew members
  • A steady, disciplined approach (not rushed, not reckless)
  • Willingness to travel and work where the projects are
